First one is Jumpcut.com, I have a similiar idea to what Jumpcut.com is doing. I have to give lots of credit for a very nice implementation.
The next is Jesse Warden’s captivate movie of a example of using mProjector and Flex 2 Flex 1.5 as a desktop application.

It’s actually Flex 1.5. We’re still waiting on the mProjector, SWF Studio, Zinc, and Screeweaver boyz to get the final Flash Player 8.5 build from Adobe so we can get projectors that support the latest Flash Player. I bet it’ll run frikin’ awesome, too!
