Is there a lawyer in the house?

How about a class action suit? I have a vx2025wm that's already been replaced once. Support was OK then, but had to call them to get my unit shipped back; "sometimes you have to just have to call to get it to ship" was what the co. rep. told me. Now it has the same issue, no DVI. None of the online suggested cable gyrations work.
Viewsonic support bites.

Help!

Hi!
I got the same problem and found a solution by google:

"Connect the monitor do the CPU via both the VGA and DVI outputs (use a converter if ur gfx card only has two DVI outputs)

Boot up windows fully then shut down normally. Take out the VGA cable and remove the power to the monitor for 10 or so seconds. Plug it back in and with a bit of luck it should work.

A very strange fix but it worked for me :D"

For me too :)

just to let you know that the DVi issue is a fault with ALL vx2025 models and viewsonic say they are working on a firmware fix for this, but currently cant give a date for a fix. they also are no longer honouring any warranty replacements for the vx2025 and are leaving their customers high and dry. be warned!.
