		<description>I just finished getting through the &lt;a href="http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/MXML+2009" rel="nofollow"&gt;MXML 2009 Spec&lt;/a&gt;, and haven't tested it yet, but I believe you could also do xmlns:mx="library:adobe/flex/halo".</description>
