Overview:
The RepeatingImage component allows for ease deployment of repeating images.

NOTE: Degrafa does a really nice job with tiling background images through CSS, it supports centering, tiling it horizontally and vertically. You should check it out at http://samples.degrafa.com or http://degrafa.com.
